Happy 2016 – It’s Game Time!

Every year, we make New Year resolutions that only a few of us will ever live up to.

You know the drill? Yes, you do. I know you do. You know EXACTLY what I’m talking about… :)

2016 new year resolutions

For some reasons, these resolutions are often forgotten, neglected or placed in the back burner within weeks or even days after we’ve set them. Not that it’s right or wrong, but it has become a fact of life.

I’d be lying to say I haven’t been guilty of the same thing, but I’ve actually never been a fan of making promises I can’t keep or starting things I can’t finish. Which is why this time around, things are going to be just a bit different. Actually, a LOT different.

You see, everything that happens in our lifetime is a stepping stone. One thing prepares you for the next, and for me, 2015 was no different.

Despite having a much “lighter” schedule this year speaking at seminars and conducting my own trainings, my traveling was as intense as ever, trekking through several countries while secretly building my own team of rockstars “behind the scenes.”

As I always say, I am a big believer that everything happens for a reason. And for those who had the opportunity to climb on board with me during the last 12 months, I believe they were all brought to me by forces way bigger than all of us could ever fathom, and it is in preparation for bigger and better things to come in 2016.

I can’t even begin to explain how my life has so dramatically transformed over the last few years which eventually brought me to this specific point in my life where we have a spectacular team who is a hair away from helping one another achieving some of the best that life has to offer.

In the U.S., I grew up with professional sports and video games. And to me, I have spent the last year building the best darn team I could have ever built. We’ve even warmed up with some initial achievements. But now, it’s game time, so let’s get ready to play ball!

gametime

To me, I see the first 95% of my life as “practice.” I’ve learned so many valuable lessons on the ups and downs of everything that everyone has to go through.

2015 (maybe even some of 2014) was some pretty good warm up. Without the building blocks that were put into place, I wouldn’t be ready for the things that are to come.

And what’s to come?

Well, 2016, of course… And in 2016, I’m about to gear up for that grand slam out of the park!

I mentioned this time, it’s going to be different. Even a “LOT” different. How different?

What makes me excited to work every day is that since I enjoy my work so much, I don’t even consider it “work” anymore.

At this stage in my business, there isn’t a day that goes by where I’m not helping anyone else. That’s right. I’m in the business of helping other people, and nothing, no amount of money in the world, can outrank the positivity you are surrounded with when everything you do is designed to improve the lives of other people.

And the theory is true… The more lives you change, the “richer” you will be become (in every sense of the word).

So what is this game that we’ll be playing in 2016?

Well, as you can see from my last blog post of 2015, my goal is to create 100 more success stories.

I want to help the chosen people to become “richer” in the way I have experienced. I want to help them become more “successful” in their own definition of the term. I want to help them to finally live the dream, and put them in the position where they can do the same thing to help countless others in the exact same way.

That means I’m looking for doers, not sitting ducks who wait around to be served. I need action takers who are ready to contribute. I need LEADERS.

See, anyone can “make money.” Anyone can follow a blueprint to earn a living. That’s purely a business thing.

What I’m in search for are not only people who can follow instructions, I need people who are ready to serve back and help me to help change lives, create successes, and provide opportunities.

That, my friends, that is a Leadership thing. And I can’t do it alone, which is why I need fellow Leaders to do this with me.

It’s not just a resolution. It’s not even a goal. This has become my mission.

I’m gonna do it, and I’m gonna celebrate. By this time next year, I will have these successful Leaders under my wing who will be living the life of their dreams while helping others to do the same thing.

Don’t think it’s possible? Watch me :)

Here’s to a Happy, Healthy and Successful 2016 to you, as well as your family, loved ones and close friends!
