Meet Your AIMVenture AdWords Assistants

Posted by Simon Leung in Promotion, Resources, Travel, Updates, Videos on September 10th, 2008 | No Comments

Hello from the 18th floor of the Guyang Mansion in Nanjing, China, where, along with Andy Huang, my business partner for AIMVenture Corporation, we are continuing to build out our various outsourcing teams, including AdWords Assistants, among other traffic generation services.

Simon Leung And Andy Huang With The AIMVenture China Team

In addition to providing Internet Marketing services, the Nanjing office is also our headquarters for several other businesses, which consists of e-commerce websites and product manufacturing, supplying, trading and exporting.

However, the primary objective for this trip is to grow the Internet Marketing side of our business by hiring more traffic assistants and providing more training to the team, particularly on the Pay-Per-Click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO) and Web 2.0 social media side of things.

Andy Huang and I have been in the Nanjing office this past week doing just that, and the team has been doing extremely well in terms of growth and improvement to their skills.

Needless to say, it’s been a hectic week, but somehow, we found the time to record a quick video to give you a brief tour of our Nanjing office :)

AdWordsAssistants.com – AdWords Outsourcing Service (Free Consultation)

Posted by Simon Leung in Launch, Promotion, Resources, Travel, Updates on September 2nd, 2008 | No Comments

I’ve been traveling pretty aggressively for the past two years, and I can pretty much count the number of weekends I actually spent at home in 2008 with one hand.

And after spending my first weekend at home in several months, well, I’m leaving again…

This time, I’m going with Andy Huang (my apprentice turned business partner) back to Nanjing, China, to continue building our growing AdWords outsourcing team.

We have some pretty aggressive goals for the next couple of weeks, including getting the team skilled to the point where they can manage six to seven figure corporate accounts.

But before I leave and officially launch this service to the corporations out in Asia, I wanted to give *you* (as my loyal blog readers and subscribers) priority notice and access to our rigorously trained team.

(Hey, you know I’m always lookin out for you, right ;)

In fact, our team of talented college graduates were trained with the exact same systemused to train Google employees who manage now multi-million dollar accounts!

Needless to say, you’ll be in very good hands knowing that you can outsource your AdWords marketing to the very best!

We’re only taking on a limited number of beta clients at our introductory price before we launch this to thousands of prospects in Asia next week and raise the price.

If you’re interested in hiring one of our AdWords Assistants, request one ASAP along with a free consultation so you don’t miss out :)

Oh, and we’ll even talk to you on the phone first to make sure our services are right for you.

How much more can you do with your business if you can outsource the nitty gritty repetitive work of AdWords management?

Let us help ;)

ViSalus Founder’s Tour 2008 In Denver, CO

Posted by Simon Leung in Gurus, Seminars, Updates on August 24th, 2008 | No Comments

Hello from Room 304 of the Marriott Denver Tech Center at the ViSalus Founder’s Tour 2008 in Denver, Colorado!

ViSalus Founders Blake Mallen And Nick Sarnicola With CEO Ryan Blair At Private Rooftop VIP Party

As you may or may not be aware, I launched a new JV opportunity alongside 12 of the top Internet Marketers in the world last week in the Internet and network marketing arena.

Since then, we were flooded with new registrations from excited entrepreneurs who recognized the opportunity, including those from even more top name marketing experts.

If you’ve had the chance to check out our invitation letter, you’ll know that the network marketing company we are working with is ViSalus, and they have an amazing free BMW club incentive program for top performers in the company.

What you may not know (unless you actively follow me on Twitter – you can see tweets and pics on the right sidebar of this page) is that our team got off to such a great start, that we actually earned our first free BMW within just 48 hours after launch, with many more to come to those who choose to partner with us!

In fact, the founders and leaders of ViSalus were so impressed with what we were able to achieve in such a short period of time using only the Internet (a strategy completely different from their successful offline model), that they publicly recognized us on stage to show the skeptics out there that achieving the free BMW goal is very achievable.

By applying our easily replicable skills, we have broken the myths that network marketing is a scam, that the only people who make money are the ones who are on the very top, and that you must know and be working directly with the founders to become successful.

Well, we’ve already proven that ViSalus is not a scam and that we can do well in the program even though we are not at the very top, and that it’s not only possible to earn your BMW in a short time, but also to make a nice monthly residual income out of it as well.

And as far as working directly with the founders is concerned, that’s not true either – there are a ton of very successful individuals who have achieved their results without even knowing who the founders are…

However, it of course doesn’t hurt that we are indeed on a first-name basis with all the founders, having been invited to every by-invitation only gatherings over the weekend, and they have given us direct access to them and their resources, and will literally provide us with anything we need.

So as you can see, it’s the ultimate win-win situation for anyone who partners with us because they not only will be working with the top marketers and using a system that has already been proven to work, but also having direct access to the founders and any resources we ask for.

What’s cool is we are now also working on a new Internet Marketing system that can allow anyone to do what we’ve done even faster and easier, and the marketing can be done100% online!

Needless to say, a very cool system for most marketers like myself who would prefer to use the Internet to drive our leads and build our team :)

As you can see – lots of cool stuff exclusively for our team, and if you’re still on the fence about this, just imagine walking the stage with us in Las Vegas on October 19th, as we are all presented the keys to our free BMWs.

We earned our BMW in 48 hours – there’s no reason why you won’t be driving a brand new BMW in less than 60 days from now

Exclusive JV Partnership Invitation

Posted by Simon Leung in Gurus, Launch, Promotion, Updates on August 21st, 2008 | No Comments

If Dr. Mike Woo-Ming, Kevin Nations, Mike Morgan, Ross Goldberg, Lee & Robin Collins, Eric Farewell, Rex Wisehart, Nathan Anderson, Alejandro Reyes, Sam Heyer, James Lee and myself asked you for a joint venture, what would you say?

No really, this is a serious question…

Personally, I get dozens of JV proposals every single day – and that’s only the ones that make it through to my email inbox!

Like all the top marketers mentioned above, I probably receive hundreds more on a weekly basis through my support desk, personal instant messenger, SMS text and social media profiles like Twitter, Facebook and MySpace.

Needless to say, there is simply no way for us to respond to all these JV proposals or even sort through them, much less accept them.

So when I take on a JV partnership, especially when I’m working with the top Internet Marketers in the world mentioned above, you better believe that I am not only seriousabout, but also very excited about it as well.

The truth is, for the past few months, I’ve been working on building an entirely new business with these marketers that’s definitely going to change my entire business forever, and maybe even yours too (if you decide to partner with us).

It’s something I’ve never done before, and probably never will again…

And today, I am extending you an official invitation not only to become our customer, but to make money and share profits with us as our partner in arguably one of the biggest projects each of us have all been involved in!

There has already been a lot of buzz surrounding over 10,000 people on the social media sites regarding a “secret 12? launch, and in the next week or so after launch, an additional 300,000 sets of eyeballs are going to learn more about this unique opportunity.

If you are serious about the exclusive opportunity to partner with the top names in Internet Marketing, don’t think about it for too long because when we’ve reached our quota for JV partners, we’ll be closing the doors forever and the only way to partner with us again in the future may be competing against the hundreds of other messages we get every week…

Pat O’Bryan’s UnSeminar 5 In San Antonio, Texas

Posted by Simon Leung in Gurus, Seminars, Updates on July 27th, 2008 | No Comments

Hello from Room 1170 of the Drury Plaza Hotel at Pat O’Bryan’s UnSeminar 5 in San Antonio, Texas!

simon leung

It’s great to return to San Antonio since my very first Internet Marketing seminar in May of 2006, as well as my first speaking engagement three months later in August, also happened right here in San Antonio.

But this time, it was a much more exciting experience…

In front of a jam packed room, I had the honor of sharing the stage with Dr. Joe Vitale, Craig Perrine, Bill Hibbler, Ben Mack, Donna Fox, Eric Farewell, Scott Lewis, Tony Laidig, Erica Douglass, and of course, Pat O’Bryan himself.

As with most seminars, the live networking at UnSeminar 5 was amazing, especially with the killer line-up of speakers and motivated attendees.

However, you know that time has definitely changed when the power of Web 2.0 not only brought on an additional 150 viewers from all around the world through live streaming…

But Twitter (one of the most popular Web 2.0 social marketing tools available today for networking) was also responsible for selling 1/3 of the tickets to the event, as well as booking several of the speakers!

Plus, throughout the weekend, we continued to network both online and offline, getting more and more people to sign up for Web 2.0 profiles like TwitterFacebookMySpace,YouTube and more.

UnSeminar 5 was probably one of the most interactive Internet Marketing conferences I’ve been a part of that encouraged so many people to take action, whether or not they were live at the actual event.

I personally had a lot of fun not only at the conference itself, but the most invaluable experiences of all was the opportunity to hang out with speakers and attendees alike for lunch, dinner and throughout the evenings at the Riverwalk, Alamo and some of the more happening downtown areas.

Now, because my camera is broken (boo) and I haven’t gotten a replacement yet, I’m now at the mercy of my friends who did take photos to send them to me.

But while we wait for them, here are a few TwitPics (photo service for Twitter) that my friends and I took on our phones and posted online throughout the weekend…

Special thanks to my friends for making this a weekend to remember: Donna Fox, Eric Farewell, Ben Mack, James Wedmore, Heather Duease, Marlon Sanders, Erica Douglass, Pat O’Bryan, Scott Lewis, Joe Vitale, Craig Perrine, Bill Hibbler and Tony Laidig.

I’m sure I’ll be seeing you guys around, especially if you’re interested in attending some of my future events in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

But if you don’t want to wait that long or travel that far (depending on where you’re located), you can catch me at my final U.S. workshop this year on August 8th and 9th in Long Island, NY, when Howie Schwartz, Ross Goldberg and I host the Three Sides Of Traffic Workshop.

Joel Comm Live In Loveland, Colorado

Hello from Joel Comm’s exquisitely decorated guest room at his gigantic beautiful house in Loveland, Colorado!

Simon Leung Setting Up His Workspace In Joel Comm’s Guestroom

After arriving into the Denver airport, I was delighted to be greeted by a towncar Joel Comm had sent to pick me up.

The ride was about 45 minutes to Joel Comm’s house, where I met his wife, Mary, and his kids, Zach and Jenna.

We soon left for dinner at the Mongolian Grill, where we met up with our graphic designers, Robert Secades and Danny Arzuaga from GraphicMavericks.com.

There, Joel Comm also revealed the secret Confessional location from his hit show, The Next Internet Millionaire.

Following dinner, we returned to Joel Comm’s house, where we spent a little time in his home office talking shop.

That conversation quickly got boring, and we decided to play some video games in his basement instead.

Turns out our video game of choice is more like a mix between live band and karaoke, as we rocked the house with “Rock Band” for PS3!

It was a good time… and I think we each discovered some new talents (and new hobby when we retire from Internet Marketing haha).

When the Graphic Mavericks took off, Joel Comm and I enjoyed a movie on his giant screen home theater…

After the movie, Joel Comm needed to work on his next issue of his Joel’s Tips newsletter, so we called it a night while I made myself at home in his beautiful guestroom.

If you’re on Joel Comm’s list, you would’ve seen that this week’s Joel’s Tips talks about his Joel Comm Live show that he has every Wednesday at 1pm EST.

And this week, I’m his special guest (full episode available below)…

While I do that, check out this week’s episode of Joel Comm Live:

Harris Fellman’s Launch Masters Retreat 2008 In Scottsdale, AZ

Posted by Simon Leung in Educational, Seminars, Travel, Updates, Videos on May 19th, 2008 | No Comments

Hello from Harris Fellman’s beautiful home at the Launch Masters Retreat 2008 in Scottsdale, Arizona!

harris fellman

 Simon Leung And Harris Fellman

I just spent an extremely fun and productive weekend at Harris Fellman’s house to mastermind with my fellow marketing friends Ross Goldberg, Paulie Sabol, Dr. Mike Woo Ming, Sam Heyer, Robert Puddy, Folusho Orokunle, Greg and Stephanie Mulac, Barbara Drazga, Dave Bernstein, Valerie Dawson, Lynn Pierce, Tracy Repchuck, Kathleen Donaghy and a few other entrepreneurs outside of the Internet Marketing niche.

And I even had the pleasure of staying at Harris Fellman’s house, and he was a tremendously gracious host and most hospitable, not only organizing the Launch Masters Retreat itself, but also providing guests with the food, entertainment, open bar and transportation to hotel guests in the form of a hummer limo!

Throughout the weekend, we had mastermind sessions and hot seats where we tore apart each hot seat participant’s businesses, and recommended new ideas and strategies to make their businesses even better.

What I thoroughly enjoyed the most were the intimate bonding moments during our breaks, BBQs and laid back activities where we were hanging out by the pool or enjoying conversations over drinks.

But hands down, the best times of all had to have been playing with the ADORABLE Mulac girls – Marina and Morgan – who are just the cutest things in the world…

marina and morgan mulac

Marina (7) And Morgan (5) Mulac

It’s safe to say that Marina and Morgan made my weekend as both of them were just a joy to play with… and they are just so flippin’ cute I can’t stand it! Haha…

I’m actually very disappointed that Harris Fellman’s wife, Andrea, and his own adorable kids, Hudson and McKenna, couldn’t join us this weekend as well, as it would have been a lot of fun to be able to hang out with the whole Fellman family.

I very much hope that they will be able to join us next time when we go back to Harris Fellman’s house to have another mastermind weekend retreat :)

And the next time Harris Fellman or another Internet Marketer has a similar retreat, let me know if you’re in the area or would be willing to travel to join us.

I’ve recorded a short video from Harris Fellman’s house below to explain how…

Four Years Ago Today…

Posted by Simon Leung in Educational, Gurus, Launch, Personal, Promotion, Resources, Seminars, Updates on April 30th, 2008 | No Comments

Four years ago, on April 30th, 2004, while I was still working at Google, I created my first blog.

In fact, you can read my very first post on this blog by clicking here => April 30th, 2004

Two years later almost to the day, I was presented with an opportunity to attend my very first Internet Marketing seminar.

You can read about that here => April 28th, 2006

Today, four years later, I am running my own successful Internet Marketing business, and I have been lucky enough to befriend a lot of fellow entrepreneurs in the community.

And just like most of them (if not all of them), I started my Internet Marketing business with a blog.

For the past four years, I have been consistently, tirelessly and even eagerly documenting every single step of my Internet Marketing journey…

Why?

Quite frankly, it was because I didn’t learn the secrets to Internet success overnight – and I KNEW I wouldn’t – so I wanted to record it all (for myself, so I can remember my successes and failures, but also for you, so you can learn from my positive examples as well as mistakes).

From just a general business idea that I had with a few friends while still working at Google and getting mentored by the late (and great) Corey Rudl, to attending my very first Internet Marketing seminar and continuing on to speak on stage for the very first time, it’s all there every step of the way.

You can read about how I began and went through my trials, struggles, fears and frustrations (just like everyone else), to where I am today – my victories and success stories – all documented on my blog, right here at www.SimonLeung.com.

When you have some free time, or when you want to take a break from your work, I want to invite you to read my entire story on this website.

It’ll make you laugh; it’ll make you cry…

But more importantly, it may even be inspiring, as well as a great read, if I do say so myself ;)

What has blogging my story done for me, and why do I continue to do it after all these years?

Well, as you can see in my various posts, I am not only telling stories, but I’m also teaching and providing good information.

More importantly, I make it fun with text, photos and even videos.

These elements help attract new visitors to my blog, and keeps them coming back to read more.

What does that mean to me?

In addition to loyal readers, I get traffic, traffic and even more traffic :)

I have dozens of websites, but the one that gets the most new and returning visitors is my blog, by far!

As my reader, I want to get you to understand the importance of having your own blog.

Actually, I was talking to Sterling Valentine about this the other day on our drive to San Diego…

Your blog is your tool to not only get traffic, but to also build your relationship with your readers.

Tell them good stories, give them good content, and make it fun for them, and they will come back again and again.

Personally, I blog cuz it connects me to you, and I want you to get to know ME, and not what I’m “known as.”

Yes, my blog brands me as an expert and a speaker (which is all very cool), but I want talk to you as a friend, and I want to tell you what I’m up
by sharing my experiences with you.

That’s the kind of blog that I want to run, and that’s the kind of blog you’ll continue to get for many more years to come when you come back and visit :)

And the great thing about a blog is that it’s the fastest way to start your Internet business.

I did it in about two hours, but with the new Anik Singal and Rosalind Garner’s Blog Classroom, you can probably do it in 10 :)

Technology these days has made starting your own blog as easy as a mouse click, and all that’s left is for you to plug in a little bit of yourself
and introduce yourself to your new fans!

The Blog Classroom shows you exactly what you need to do in order to brand yourself online and tell your story.

And before you know it, you’ll be all over the Internet (trust me – it’s really cool haha).

I hope this has encouraged you to start your own blog if you haven’t already started one…

Or if you have, I hope this gives you some ideas on how you can change or move forward that gives your readers more of yourself.

By the way, attending Internet Marketing seminars is a great way to meet other entrepreneurs, and it gives you something really interesting to blog about.

You can blog about your experience, what you learned, who was there, and you can even post photos and videos, which many people enjoy.

If you are interested in attending an Internet Marketing seminar soon, some upcoming ones include Ross Goldberg’s Xtreme Business Makeover Workshop in Sarasota, FL, Ken McArthur’s JV Alert Live in Philadelphia, PA, Mark Hendrick’s Internet Superstars Conference in Baltimore, MD, and Lynn Pierce’s Women’s Business Empowerment Summit in Scottsdale, AZ.

Let me know if you’re going to be at any of them and maybe we can meet up for lunch :)

Gung Hay Fat Choy From Hong Kong

Posted by Simon Leung in Educational, Personal, Travel, Updates, Videos on February 9th, 2008 | No Comments

Hello and Happy Chinese New Year from the New Territories in my homeland of Hong Kong!

This is the first time that I actually got to spend Chinese New Year in Hong Kong since I moved to America 23 years ago, so I am definitely excited to be here.

However, this is not entirely a vacation…

I actually have various business activities to conduct in Asia for the next several weeks, including a workshop in Singapore, so I am simply stopping by Hong Kong as an extended layover.

So – If you reside in Hong Kong (or perhaps you’re friend or family), please get in touch with me either via email or by leaving a comment on this post to let me know if you’d like to meet up while I’m here, and I can make some arrangements when I return from my various other trips around Asia.

I will have private meetings over the next several weeks in various parts of Asia, but my next public appearance will be in Singapore in March for the Asia Internet Lifestyle workshop, so if you are in that area or can make it, that is another way that we can get together.

We’re just about sold out for the event, so definitely reserve your spot soon if you are interested in attending.

In the meantime, I’ve taken the opportunity of being in Hong Kong to record another marketing lesson video based on my recent experience at the travel agency.

Enjoy the video, and let me know what you think!

i5 Gold Bon Voyage Cruise 2008

Posted by Simon Leung in Gurus, Personal, Travel, Updates, Videos on January 12th, 2008 | No Comments

Hello from Cabin 8204 aboard the Carnival Liberty somewhere on the Atlantic Ocean just outside of the Bahamas at the i5 Gold Bon Voyage Cruise!

The Carnival Liberty, Hostess of the i5 Gold Bon Voyage Cruise

What a way to start off the year once again, with yet another well organized vacation cruise organized by the i5 Gold Mentoring Program.

However, as you may or may not be aware, the i5 Gold Mentoring Program has officially closed its doors at the end of 2007, which makes the i5 Gold Bon Voyage Cruise all that bitter sweet, as it marks the final i5 Gold event.

Notwithstanding, it was an outstanding farewell party as we spent 8 whole days aboard the Carnival Liberty, sailing from Ft. Lauderdale across the Atlantic Ocean to the exotic East Caribbean and hitting up islands like San Juan / Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Antigua, Tortola and Nassau / Paradise Island in the Bahamas!

And as you can see from the photos below, not only was this cruise a huge opportunity to build business relationships and strike joint venture deals, but we also made sure that we had a “boat load” of fun as well :)

There really is no better way to build these friendships than to do it on a cruise, especially because so many marketers brought along their families and/or spouses, you have no choice but to form bonds with your favorite marketers when you are a part of their family vacation.

We wasted no time at all as the fun started even before the Carnival Liberty set sail from Ft. Lauderdale Port Everglades…

Bon Voyage Welcome Shot With Ross Goldberg, Lasse Rouhiainen And Howie Schwartz

Later on that evening, our Internet Marketing group had a welcome reception to kick off the cruise, where Captain Lou Edwards and the i5 Gold Mentors took center stage to set the plans for the week.

Throughout the week, there were other series of receptions that gave us opportunities to all get together and share some nice conversation over cocktails…

Cocktail Party With Karen Kwan, Scott Byers, Robert Secades, Danny Arzuaga And Lasse Rouhiainen

On the last night of the cruise, there was a Carnival Legends show where the winners of a singing contest would perform live on stage in front of the whole ship.

Out of the 10 winners who performed, 5 of them were from our own Internet Marketing group :)

Paulie Sabol As Elton John, Tom Beal As Ricky Martin, Jermaine Griggs As James Brown, Sarah Griggs As Aretha Franklin And Michelle Galvin As Madonna

As you can see, we just had a complete blast on the cruise, and just like last year, we didn’t want it to end.

Vacationing with fellow Internet Marketers on a cruise is so awesome because there are just a million things to do and countless ways to build and enhance our personal and business relationships.

There were just a ton of the top names in Internet Marketing that joined us this year for this private cruise, and for the most part, we had the chance to hang out with almost everyone.

However, there was one man who pretty much kept to himself throughout the whole cruise and spent most of his time with his family, but I was able to catch him and spoke with him for a few minutes, and here is a photo to prove it:

A Rich Schefren “Sighting” Aboard The Carnival Liberty Caught On Film

On every marketing cruise I’ve been on, I have had the pleasure of either meeting someone new or improving my relationship with people I have acquainted with, but haven’t had the chance to really get to know.

Being on a cruise gives us that opportunity because for 8 days, there’s really nowhere for any of us to go :)

So we make the best of it by getting to know each other, having a good time and above all, building the friendships and business relationships that will last a life time.

Even though the annual private i5 Gold Cruise has come to an end, there’s good news…

Moving forward, there will be a brand new and exciting annual cruise that I will have to tell you more about in a few weeks’ time.

And yes, this means that there will be another cruise next year, and we’ll make this opportunity available not only to the “VIPs,” but also to our fellow marketing friends, customers and subscribers…

So don’t feel left out if you didn’t get the chance to go with us this time around, because in just a few weeks, I’ll be able to make an announcement regarding next year’s cruise :)

The next one will be our biggest one yet, so stay tuned for more information about how you can join us on the next Internet Marketer’s Cruise!

In the meantime, enjoy this 5 minute short video I recorded on board the Carnival Liberty (sorry about the poor video quality – my camera has been taking a beating lately, I guess I need to get a new one soon)…
