The Internet Marketing Vegas Trip

Posted by Simon Leung in Gurus, Seminars, Travel, Updates on November 20th, 2006 | No Comments

Hello from room 25-332 at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada! During the last several days, I have been sharing a room with Sterling Valentine and his apprentice, Matt Frasch.

We’ve been here since Wednesday afternoon, and we are just hanging out in the hotel room after another night of Vegas networking.

The Internet Marketing workshop scheduled for the trip gave me the opportunity to share the stage with Sterling Valentine, Mike Filsaime, Michael Cheney, Tom Beal, Jeff Walker, Joel Comm, Harris Fellman, Michael Morgan and Dan Kelly…

Afterwards, we spent the remaining of the weekend hanging out with more Internet Marketing experts, such as Rich Schefren, Shawn Casey, Andrew Fox, Mark Braunstein, Dave Mizrachi, Donna Fox, Eric Holmlund, The Rich Jerk, and many others.

It was a tremendous honor to have been included as a VIP member in this private, by-invitation-only event! It’s rare that a group of Internet Marketers get together and travel for an event like this, and this trip was an amazing opportunity for me to get to know some of the biggest names in the industry on a more personal level.

And now, after 5 whole days of aggressive social networking, ideas sharing, fine dining, limo riding and VIP partying, I am extremely exhausted and only several hours away from my flight back home. As much fun as these last several days have been, I’m sure everyone here would agree that it’s about time to go home.

Well, I’m going to enjoy my last few hours here in Vegas and hang out with the guys. It will be at least another few months before we will all meet again, and I want to make sure that we all make the most out of our remaining time.

The Internet Marketing Game

In just a few hours, I’m going to jump on a plane and fly to Las Vegas to meet up with some good Internet Marketing buddies of mine…

You may have heard of some of them, their names are pretty big in the industry.

I’m talking about heavyweights like Mike Filsaime, Tom Beal, Rich Schefren, Jeff Walker, Sterling Valentine, Michael Cheney, Joel Comm, Donna Fox and Harris Fellman, just to name a few.

What’s it for?

Well, there is a small one-day workshop planned on Thursday, but the rest of the weekend…

…Well, we’re just going to hang out!

That’s right, I get the chance to make buddies with the industry’s best and have a great time in Las Vegas, Nevada.

How did I get the opportunity, you may ask, and how can you get the same chance?

I’ll tell you my secret, Si, no problem…

You see, what I did just within the past few months, is I learned a very important skill…a skill that eluded me for over 2 years…

That skill is the skill to play the game of Internet Marketing not just effectively, but also correctly.

Yes, there’s a right and wrong way to go about playing the Internet Marketing game.

It was not until I learned how to do it right did things begin happening to me.

I’ve now found a small piece of success online, but better yet, I’ve made some very important connections and built up a strong network of friends and partners that I will have for a very long time.

Alas, these individuals, all successful in their own rights, have gone through the similar trial and tribulations of the Internet Marketing game.

But finally, a step-by-step system on how this game works has been broken down to you…

Would you like to possibly join me and a small handful of top marketers to a trip to Vegas, or perhaps somewhere else that’s just as fun?

If so, I would urge you to first find out what the basics of the Internet Marketing game is all about.

I look forward to playing with you next time!

The First Drop of November Rain

Posted by Simon Leung in Educational, Promotion, Updates on November 2nd, 2006 | No Comments

I just came back from getting some dessert with my girlfriend, and had a taste of the first drop of rain of the season.

OK, I actually don’t know if it was the first rain of the season, or even of the month…

But it was my first experience with rain in a very long time!

You see, I haven’t been out of the house much since going full-time in Internet Marketing, and whenever I do, I typically pick a nice warm day that I’m used to in sunny California.

Isn’t that cool?

I don’t need to leave the house if I don’t want to, and especially if it’s a gloomy day outside.

However, the little November rain tonight was nice, and it was cool to feel the breeze for the first time in a long time as well.

All these firsts that I experienced tonight reminded me of an important first that made this lifestyle even possible for me in the first place…

…And that, my friend, is my first list!

I’m living the life today that I had been dreaming about for a very long time, and large part of it has to do, believe it or not, with list building!

When I first started out, I had no idea how to build a list. Heck, I didn’t even want a list!

…Which explained why I was failing miserably in my own business for over 2 whole years!

Then, I got my head screwed on straight and built my first list.

The rest, as they say, is history…

To improve your business today, my recommendation to you is to check out the link below to see how the list building strategies there can make a difference in your business, just as it did mine!

I’m going to step outside my balcony in just a minute to experience the cool November rain all over again. Even though it won’t be the first time anymore, I know it will be just as good, if not better…

…Just like list building! Improve your business experience now and let it improve itself over and over again…
