Simon Leung Defamation Case – Part 3: Comments On Defamer’s Self-Identified “Online Posts”) by Simon Leung (Click Subscribe To Watch The Full “How To Make Money Online” Series Playlist)

In part 3 of this controversial “Simon Leung Defamation Case” series, Simon Leung takes on the personal online and social post defamatory attacks that started it all.

You see, before there were the anonymous fake scam review sites, before there was the illegally produced “video” with its tampered audio recording, not to mention its replicate and subsequent shares, there was the original social media post, which contained the first defamation, false accusations and unlawful allegations that began the entire controversy against Simon Leung.

From the very first social media post, the slew of lies, manipulation and fabrication had already taken place, which all subsequently became worse and worse with each additional online posting that expanded beyond social media, presumably because all its efforts had been ignored by Simon Leung, and this defamation campaign had since turned into a game in the eyes of the defamer.

Now, despite the core of the self-identified social media posts published directly on the defamer’s personal profiles, branded and company pages, Simon Leung has refrained from displaying any visual evidence for this particular video, as per the advisement of his private team.

As the third and planned final part of this “Simon Leung Defamation Case” series, while Simon Leung does not have the confidence in his defamer to “smarten up” and “do the right thing” as pertained in the video, it is still the hope of Simon Leung to use this publication as a last resort to educate on the severity of illegal defamation, and a final chance for any resolution to take place peacefully without the need for escalation to a third party to resolve this event.

Plus – A bonus lesson from Simon Leung: 14 Top Ways To Become A Successful Defamer (as well as cameos from some favorite TVB stars).

Whether taken as educational, life lessons or direct instructions, Simon Leung’s hopefully final video on this “Simon Leung Defamation Case Series” aims to deliver valuable real-world knowledge of human decency, appropriate behavior and social professionalism.

The best lessons are learned from mistakes, and the best mistakes are those made by others, which Simon Leung strategically points out for the benefit of all watchers.

In this controversial video, Simon Leung addresses his defamation case for the first time, revealing that for over 2 years, his name, company and brand has been cyber attacked with a series of fake online accusations.

Furthermore, despite having been silent about this defamation case the entire time, Simon Leung also discloses that his attacker has since involved his business, team and even family.

With no other option on hand, Simon Leung believes that making an open statement about the situation is unavoidable, and begins his “Simon Leung Defamation Case” video series with this first one that addresses the fake “Simon Leung scam review” sites about him, his business and family members.

Disclaimer: The intended use of this video is to educate any viewer of this content about how to respond to online attacks and protect yourself from online defamation.

By using his own examples, Simon Leung’s intent is to allow the viewers to understand the situation better, as well as learning from his own ordeal to provide a life lesson for anyone who may have intentions to be an accuser, the accused or simply someone affected by similar situations and wondering what to do or who to believe.

In no way is Simon Leung making any accusations towards any specific individual about who may be behind his own attacks, and even though Simon Leung himself may be aware of his attacker’s identity, it was neither revealed or insinuated in any parts of this video for the general public who may not know the identity.

Any and all messages directed towards the attacker is designed to target the “anonymous” creator, with no specific reference to any certain individual or individuals.

As this video is controversial in nature and unlike any of the other content normally posted by Simon Leung, proceed with caution and with the expectation that this is something different.

Viewer discretion is advised.

Here on the West Coast, we’re finally winding down to the final hours of 2008…

Even though we’re behind most of the world where 2009 is already underway, I actually appreciate having the extra time to reflect on 2008 and to be able make my final post of the year.

A lot has happened this year, both positive and negative, which has resulted in a time of my life that I will never forget.

I’ve learned many things about life (both personally and professionally) – a lot of them the hard way – that will greatly affect the way I move forward.

In retrospective, this experience has taught me a ton about how to proceed with my own business as well.

As we step into the new year, it’s traditional for many of us to make a new year’s resolution, so that we can make goals that we’ll strive to achieve.

Since my business direction will result in my traveling internationally for over 50% of 2009, my new year resolution is to not lose touch with my friends, colleagues, partners, clients and the countless relationships we’ve worked so hard to build.

In 2008, I spent pretty much every weekend on the road, either speaking at seminars around the country or doing the same in other countries, while building teams and companies at the same time.

As a matter of fact, I can count the number of weekends I was actually at home with one hand.

In 2009, my focus will shift to working on building a lot of the same teams and momentum in other countries by starting new businesses, growing existing ones and organizing more of my own live events.

I’ve seen and witnessed the tremendous value live events have brought to attendees, and I want to be able to capture more of that by expanding my brand to as many parts of the world as I can.

With that said, I know it’s going to be a challenge keeping and maintaining my current online relationships, not to mention building new ones.

That’s why I want to upkeep my level of networking accomplished through attending live events in 2008 by increasing my presence online through the power of social media sites and social networking.

Yes, I’m talking about the popular social media portals like TwitterFacebookMySpace,YouTube, and the latest one to hit the scene which I predict is gonna be HUGE in 2009…Google Friend Connect!

Social media is going to be my primary way of communicating with my friends and partners in 2009, and I’d definitely like to connect with you on there as well :)

So please, connect with me… chat with me… interact with me…

Take a look at all my favorite social media sites and feel free to join and connect with me in any or all of them!

I’d definitely like to be able to communicate all my news, updates and announcements with you as quickly and easily as possible…
