Hello from Room 1710 of the Denver Marriott City Center at the Rockies Venture Club’s 20th Annual Colorado Capital Conference in Denver, Colorado!

Even though I have been speaking all around the world for over 20 months now, I’m especially excited about my appearance at the Colorado Capital Conference because it marks my first presentation on the stage as a keynote speaker.

The Colorado Capital Conference is the Rockies Venture Club’s premier capital networking event in Colorado that brings entrepreneurs and capital resources together.

The Rockies Venture Club spends a lot of time and energy focusing on the quality of the Colorado Capital Conference to ensure that real deals are made, and also successful and knowledgeable panelists are present to provide value to all the attendees.

I had a lot of fun at the Colorado Capital Conference, and it was a true honor to deliver their keynote address.

I’ll be spending a few extra days in Denver to hang out with my friends, Rex Wisehart, Rick Raddatz, Amber Rouse, and several others.

In fact, Rex Wisehart has graciously invited me to stay at his Denver home, so I am excited to spend a few days in his guestroom.

Hello from Room 744 of the Renaissance Hotels and Resorts at Rex Wisehart’s The Capital Factor in Denver, Colorado!

Setting Up My Presentation With The Help Of Rex Wisehart And Rick Raddatz (At Least I Think That’s What We’re Doing Haha)

As you may already know, I had spent over half of 2008 thus far in Asia to work on various projects to expand my business overseas.

However, what you may not know is that if it weren’t for Rex Wisehart’s The Capital Factor in Denver, Colorado this weekend, I would still be in Asia right now.

That’s because in addition to building and training my team overseas, several tradeshows that are relevant to my various businesses are happening right now in Hong Kong and China.

Instead of sticking around in Asia to participate in these events, I decided to return back to the United States early specifically to fulfill my commitment to Rex Wisehart to speak at The Capital Factor.

It was my first sales presentation in over 2 months, and it’s also my last one of its kind for at least the next few months.

The reason is that after serious consideration, I have decided to make some changes to my business, and as far as speaking is concerned, I am going to be a lot more selective when it comes to the event as well as the event organizer.

You may still see me on the stage from time to time at various conferences, but they will be much different – You’ll see what I mean in the upcoming weeks.

So why did I decide to make an exception for The Capital Factor, and was it a good decision?

Well, in addition to being great friends with Rex Wisehart, I knew that it was an event that I personally needed to attend to help build my own business.

And yes, I was right!

Not only did I have the priviledge to share the stage with some of the most brilliant business, finance, motivational and marketing minds in the world, such as Armand Morin, Rick Raddatz, Brendon Burchard, Jermaine Griggs, David Bullock, Wes Jankowski, Carolyn McCormick, Jim Arkebauer, Bob Smith, C.L. Osborn, Mindy Jones, Phil Winn, Darrel Hornbacher, Wayne Van Dyck and Dick Bruso …

… But I have also learned a ton of business related information and built new friendships with many top notch individuals who were in attendance at The Capital Factor.

I also had a ton of fun with The Capital Factor crew at the Rockies vs. Diamondbacks opening game at Coors Field on Friday, speakers dinner at the Tavern Lowry on Sunday evening, as well as at the event throughout the weekend.

The Capital Factor is one of very few events I remember in recent memory where I stuck around to watch presentations from the speakers, most of whom I have never seen speak before because they are in a different industry, and was able to pick up a ton of extremely helpful new information.

If you weren’t able to make it to The Capital Factor live yourself this past weekend in Denver, you should definitely get your hands on The Capital Factor DVDs so you don’t miss out on this amazing information.

Hello from Room 1638 of the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza once again on Avenue of the Stars at Eben Pagan’s Altitude Program live event in Los Angeles, California!

Simon Leung and Eben Pagan

Today is day three of Eben Pagan’s five day event, and I must say that I am absolutely floored at the intense level of quality information delivered here, and I can honestly testify that it has been some of the most valuable business and team building content I have ever encountered.

It’s been a while since I have experienced information overload, and who better to learn these strategies than Eben Pagan, the marketing genius who built his company from a single room to a thriving 20 million dollar a year business with 80 virtual employees all around the world in just six year’s time!

We are learning how to live the ultimate Internet business lifestyle, and the hundreds of business men and women in attendance who paid a $10,000 registration fee to access this information all agree that the Altitude Program has already overdelivered in value many times over.

Among the online and offline business owners in the audience even include well-known and extremely successful (some legendary) Internet Marketing experts Mark Joyner, Declan Dunn, Frank Kern, Joe Polish, Brad Fallon, Tellman Knudson, Mark Widawer, John Childers, Anik Singal, Rick Raddatz, Ryan Kaltman, Glenn Deitzel, John Carlton, Frank Garon, Tom Bell, Nikhil Parekh, Jose Espana, Matt Gill, Greg Poulos, Joe Lavery, Marty Stewart and Jason Moffatt.

I’ve got close to an entire notebook’s worth of golden information from Eben Pagan’s presentations and guest experts, and I can’t wait to share it all with my team so that we can implement these systems into my business ASAP and take it to the next level faster and more effectively than I ever imagined!

Hello from Room 601 at the Radisson Hotel at Ken McArthur’s jvAlert Live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!

It has been exactly one year since attending my first jvAlert Live right here at the Radisson Hotel in Philly, and it has brought back so many memories of the event that changed my life forever.

I went into Internet Marketing full-time within just 6 weeks after that event, and have been attending every jvAlert Live loyally ever since.

jvAlert Live is my home, and everyone here is family.

This year, the jvAlert Live family grew considerably, and I had the honor of sharing the Expert Panel stage with new jvAlert Live comers Michel Fortin, Dave Lakhani, Glenn Dietzel, Scott Paton, Ramon Williamson, Randy Charach, Heather Vale, Alan Bechtold and Jason DeVelvis…

Along with jvAlert Live alumnus Sterling Valentine, Tom Beal, Rick Raddatz, Ben Mack, John DeLemme, Frank Sousa, Phil Basten, Jane Mark, Brian Edmondson, Jeff Wark and Lori Steffan.

As always, Ken McArthur has put on a tremendous show, and lives have been changed right here at jvAlert Live.

Breckenridge Vacation with Rick Raddatz

Hello from 11,000 feet above sea level at Rick Raddatz’s amazing cabin in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado!

Nice view of the Breckenridge scenery

As promised, this is my update from Rick’s place up in the mountains.

It has been a great mini-vacation so far. There are plenty of activities to do for fun here, including pool, ping-pong, foosball, video games, snowboarding, snowmobiling and taking a stroll downtown and checking out the shops.

But amidst all the fun, we’ve also had the chance to do some more masterminding up here, and just as we had expected, some of the better ideas actually came about in this much more fun and social setting.

In fact, with the help of Rick and all the other great marketers here, I’ve not only rebranded myself, but also come up with a ton of new business ideas in and outside of the Internet Marketing niche!

This has definitely been a valuable experience for me, and for the other few who were lucky enough to be a part of these several days, as well.

Rick has shared so much information with us, and let me tell you, he has some really exciting things lined up for the next few months…

Because we have promised confidentiality for this weekend, I can’t tell you what these things are, even though I really want to!

However, Rick has agreed that as soon as he is ready to share the excitement publicly, that I would be able to tell you right away.

So if you want to be the first to find out what the buzz is all about, be sure to sign up for future updates (which you can do by entering your name and email address at the top of this page right under my photo) and stay tuned!

In the meantime, please enjoy some more Breckenridge vacation photos below…

Rick Raddatz Mastermind Weekend

Posted by Simon Leung in Gurus, Seminars, Travel, Updates on January 27th, 2007 | No Comments

Hello from Room 339 at the La Quinta Inn and Suites in snowy Denver, Colorado!

simon leung

I’m in Denver for the weekend with several friends and fellow marketers to attend some private Mastermind sessions with Rick Raddatz.

As you can see, it’s been snowing up a storm over here, but that didn’t stop us from being productive and having fun at the same time, including a great time at Dave and Buster’s last night.

And as far as the sessions are concerned, it’s been an eventful couple of days, with presentations and people sharing information about their businesses.

I walked away from the experience with a ton of new ideas for my own business, as well as a much more clear direction to go to take it to the next level.

Now that the presentations are over, we will be heading up to Rick’s home up in Breckenridge, where we will enjoy the activities up in the mountains as well as brainstorm some additional business ideas.

Should be a good time – I’ll give another update up on the slopes!
