Meet Your AIMVenture AdWords Assistants

Filed Under: Promotion · Travel · Updates · Videos

Sep 10

Hello from the 18th floor of the Guyang Mansion in Nanjing, China, where, along with Andy Huang, my business partner for AIMVenture Corporation, we are continuing to build out our various outsourcing teams, including AdWords Assistants, among other traffic generation services.

Simon Leung And Andy Huang With The AIMVenture China Team

In addition to providing Internet Marketing services, the Nanjing office is also our headquarters for several other businesses, which consists of e-commerce websites and product manufacturing, supplying, trading and exporting.

However, the primary objective for this trip is to grow the Internet Marketing side of our business by hiring more traffic assistants and providing more training to the team, particularly on the Pay-Per-Click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO) and Web 2.0 social media side of things.

Andy Huang and I have been in the Nanjing office this past week doing just that, and the team has been doing extremely well in terms of growth and improvement to their skills.

Needless to say, it’s been a hectic week, but somehow, we found the time to record a quick video to give you a brief tour of our Nanjing office :)

Networking Dinner in Los Angeles, CA

Filed Under: Educational · Travel · Updates · Videos

May 27

Hello from Gate 7 of the Southwest Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in Los Angeles, CA!

I just said bade farewell here at the gate with Alejandro Reyes, my former apprentice turned Operations Manager turned business partner.

We were in Los Angeles for the day on business, and decided last minute that we would organize a networking dinner in LA before we went home.

Collectively, we have lots of friends in the LA area, but because it was so last minute, not everyone was able to make it.

Alejandro had the idea of using Twitter to let his followers know that we were in town, and by 7pm, we had a small group of 6 people meeting up for dinner at the Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, a 5 star restaurant in El Segundo.

Twittering Fools At The Dinner Table: Rachel Rofe, Mark Widawer, Simon Leung, James Lee, Alejandro Reyes And Chuck Yockey

As you can see, all 6 of us were busy twittering away even at the dinner table :)

We didn’t get to stay too long since Alejandro and I had to catch a flight, but it was fun hanging out with some local marketers for a couple hours.

If you’re interested in meeting up sometime while I’m in your neck of the woods, check out my calendar and feel free to Twitter me to let me know you’re in the area and want to meet up.

Since Alejandro and I both had our flights delayed, we decided to shoot a quick video on the power of networking, and how social media has made it so much more easier to network online with practically anyone you want.

Enjoy the video :)

Gung Hay Fat Choy From Hong Kong

Filed Under: Educational · Personal · Travel · Updates

Feb 09

Hello and Happy Chinese New Year from the New Territories in my homeland of Hong Kong!

This is the first time that I actually got to spend Chinese New Year in Hong Kong since I moved to America 23 years ago, so I am definitely excited to be here.

However, this is not entirely a vacation…

I actually have various business activities to conduct in Asia for the next several weeks, including a workshop in Singapore, so I am simply stopping by Hong Kong as an extended layover.

So - If you reside in Hong Kong (or perhaps you’re friend or family), please get in touch with me either via email or by leaving a comment on this post to let me know if you’d like to meet up while I’m here, and I can make some arrangements when I return from my various other trips around Asia.

I will have private meetings over the next several weeks in various parts of Asia, but my next public appearance will be in Singapore in March for the Asia Internet Lifestyle workshop, so if you are in that area or can make it, that is another way that we can get together.

We’re just about sold out for the event, so definitely reserve your spot soon if you are interested in attending.

In the meantime, I’ve taken the opportunity of being in Hong Kong to record another marketing lesson video based on my recent experience at the travel agency.

Enjoy the video, and let me know what you think!

JV With Me In 2008!

Filed Under: Launch · Travel · Updates

Jan 05

Hello and Happy New Year once again from Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida!

I hope these first few days of 2008 have been a great start for you.

It’s going great for me so far as I’m just about to board the Carnival Liberty Cruise Ship and embark on a private 8 day cruise to the Eastern Caribbean with some of my marketing friends.

Some of these friends that I will have the pleasure of vacationing with for the next several days include Mike Filsaime, Rich Schefren, Tom Beal, Paulie Sabol, Donna Fox, Jermaine Griggs, Jeff Johnson, Michael Morgan, Sam Heyer, Ross Goldberg, Howie Schwartz, JP Micek, Deb Micek, Anik Singal, Mark Braunstein, Jennie Armato, Scott Paton, Joel Therien, Armando Montelongo, Veronica Montelongo and my team members Lasse Rouhiainen, Robert Secades and Danny Arzuaga.

(Don’t worry, you know me, I will blog about it and all its glory when I return haha… but if you want a sneak peek on what to expect, click here to view my post and pictures from last year’s cruise.

Since I am going to be out of touch for the next several days, I wanted to make sure that I deliver this message before I go.

As I mentioned on my previous blog post, I am dedicated to making 2008 my best year yet.

This includes doing more joint ventures with people like yourself who visit my blog from time to time, as well as exploring new opportunities.

And to make things happen, you know as well as I do that the first and most important step in this process is to TAKE ACTION.

So that’s what I’m doing now…

Now, I’m not going to explain all the details right here because I have put together a webpage that does just that, but before I give you the link, I do want to preface this by saying that this opportunity is NOT for everyone.

I have partnered up with one of the best experts in the industry I’m about to reveal to you, and we are looking to work with ONLY 25 SERIOUS people.

Why only 25?

Because if selected, we are going to PERSONALLY work with you and hold you by the hand until you meet your goal.

In order to maximize results, we are limiting this to only those who are dedicated to working hard to achieve this success.

Would you like to be one of 25 to JV with me in 2008 in this venture?

If so, I invite you to visit the link below to learn more, and apply ONLY if you have a vested interest in the program, want to do this with me and make 2008 our best year together:

Happy New Year from North Lake Tahoe

Filed Under: Google · Personal · Travel · Updates

Dec 31

Hello and Happy New Year from Hunter’s Lakefront, a cabin rental from Tahoe Luxury Properties in North Lake Tahoe!

For the past few days, I have been spending the last remaining days of 2007 here in Tahoe with a couple of my best Google buddies and our friends, hanging out at the cabin, doing some snowboarding, playing in the snow, driving around town and dining at some of the finest restuarants in the area.

And tonight (in just a few hours, in fact), we will be ringing in the New Year 2008 together at the Hard Rock Cafe in South Lake Tahoe.

Here’s a snapshot of my buddy, David DiNucci, and I on New Year’s Eve:

Here’s another one of us during one of our group dinners:

Here’s yet another one of us in front of our cabin right before heading out to the slopes.

Here is one more of us on New Year’s night:

As we say goodbye to 2007, I’ve had some time to reflect on some of my goals that I had set for my first full year in business (see my 2007 resolutions here), as well as what I have achieved over the past 12 months.

My actual accomplishments of 2007 includes launching my premier successful home study course, holding teleseminars and webinars with other marketing experts, speaking engagements across the country and across the world, building a team of over a dozen high performing superstars, organizing my own workshops, and completing my book manuscript and getting it accepted for publication by a New York Publishing Company.

Yes, 2007 has definitely exceeded my expectations on so many different levels - Never had I imagined an opportunity where I can work at home if I wanted to, or travel to places I have never been before as part of my business.

So it is a little bitter sweet as I make my final blog post of the year, but it only means that I have many more exciting new posts to look forward to in the year to come.

And my resolution for 2008?

Well, I plan to make this year my best year yet (I know, not much to compare it to… I’ve only been in business for one year haha)!

But to make 2008 even better, I plan to start up a couple new businesses in China and Singapore, become a best selling author, build an even bigger team, create more information products, get involved more in Web 2.0 technology, focus more on niche marketing, organize more workshops, create more joint ventures, expand my branding Internationally and partner up with the right people to do new things that I never dreamed of doing before.

Exciting indeed, and if you want to embark on this venture with me, and perhaps set out to accomplish some of your own business goals, I welcome you to join me by commenting on this post or contacting me privately here.

And of course, I am always looking for more sharp and like-minded individuals to join my team and get involved in real Internet Marketing projects with me.

In the meantime, I’ve put together a quick video from the slopes of Squaw Valley here in Tahoe that you can view below.

Enjoy the video, and I wish you a successful, joyous and prosperous 2008 … HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Two Sides of Traffic Workshop in San Diego, CA

Filed Under: SEO · Seminars · Travel · Updates

Dec 14

Hello from room 1011 of the Embassy Suites Hotel at the Two Sides of Traffic Workshop in sunny San Diego, CA!

The Two Sides of Traffic Workshop is my first collaboration with Howie Schwartz, and the objective of this event is to combine both Google’s organic listings with the paid search (the two sides of traffic).

Howie Schwartz and I presented together as well as individually, which included presentations, hot seats, Q&A sessions and live demonstrations.

My personal favorite demonstration has to be the video clip Howie Schwartz and I recorded above.

Literally at the last minute, we decided to take on the challenge of recording a video live on stage, and seeing how quickly we can get that video indexed by Google.

With the help of Mike Koenigs, we used Traffic Geyser to submit the video and within less than 26 minutes, the video already got top 10 rankings on Google!

As I explained how I witnessed the magic happen right before my eyes to the attendees, we refreshed the page and saw that an additional website has been indexed on the first page of Google.

Man, this Traffic Geyser is no joke - it really works!

(By the way, I just checked the rankings again moments ago and our video has dominated the top five spots on Google already!)

Other VIP guests for the Two Sides of Traffic Workshop includes Dr. Mike Woo-Ming, Mark Widawer, Jason Moffatt, Rex Wisehart and Ryan Kaltman (from The Rich Jerk).

Overall, we have received some very positive responses from the attendees about our Two Sides of Traffic Workshop.

The atmosphere was very positive, and in addition to learning some great content, there were also some great networking opportunities, as well.

Tomorrow is the Lead Supreme Workshop with Howie Schwartz and Dr. Mike Woo-Ming, which promises to be another day full of amazing content.

Unfortunately, I can’t stick around and need to leave San Diego tonight because I need to head out to Las Vegas at 6 in the morning.

That’s right - I don’t waste any time… The adventures of a traveling Internet Marketer is truly living life in the fast lane :)

The Death of Google AdWords Comes To Life

Oct 31

“The Death of Google AdWords” is my latest report that takes a grim look into the dark future of Google AdWords. It’s controversial and it’s scary - but it’s something you must know to keep your business from getting buried in 2008.

A series of recent personal tragic events have inspired me to reflect on life, and the result is a product that has generated a lot of buzz, curiosity and interest in the Internet Marketing community.

In about a 10 day period, I conceptualized, wrote and created a marketing campaign for “The Death of Google AdWords,” and while the tight deadline, nitty gritty details and the technological aspects proved to be an interesting challenge, my team and I were able to successfully pull this off in the nick of time.

During the pre-launch phase, viral videos were even circulating the Internet in anticipation for this launch. You can see a couple of them here:

And today, Halloween 2007, the wait is over.

“The Death of Google AdWords” remarkably comes to life and is available for all to see.

Take a closer look at http://www.TheDeathOfGoogleAdWords.com
