Internet Marketing Hong Kong

Filed Under: Launch · Promotion · Seminars · Travel · Updates

Oct 07

Almost two years after I registered the domain name InternetMarketingHongKong.com on Christmas Day in 2006, Hong Kong’s version of the Internet Marketing Power Blog is finally live!

internet marketing hong kong

InternetMarketingHongKong.com Homepage

Even though I had big plans for InternetMarketingHongKong.com at the time I registered it, my hectic project load and heavy traveling schedule kept me away from focusing on these plans.

During the time since registering InternetMarketingHongKong.com, I spent almost every weekend on the road speaking at an Internet Marketing seminar somewhere around the country, and even the world.

This was essential in building my business as well as my brand, which also included working on books, digital products, home study courses, as well as live and recorded interviews (teleseminars) and video presentations (webinars).

That’s why for close to two years, InternetMarketingHongKong.com had actually been redirected to this very website, the Internet Marketing Power Blog.

However, having spent close to 50% of my schedule in Asia this year, I figured that 2008 would be a good time to launch InternetMarketingHongKong.com and to prepare for some really cool things.

As a matter of fact, I’m in Hong Kong right now, and have been traveling through Asia for close to six weeks, conducting business in Macau and various cities in China, including ShenZhen, GuangZhou, DongGuan, and ZhuHai.

My first official project with Internet Marketing Hong Kong is actually a partnership with Internet Marketing Singapore, working closely with my good friend Stuart Tan on an Internet Marketing Conference called The SMART Seminar.

The SMART Seminar is scheduled for this November in Malaysia and Singapore, and Stuart Tan and I have confirmed some of the most talented Internet Marketers from all over the world to The SMART Seminar stage.

With expert speakers like Anik Singal, Ben Mack, Donna Fox, Mike Morgan, Mark Widawer, Ross Goldberg, Lee Collins, Robin Collins and Singapore’s own Ewen Chia, The SMART Seminar is, without a doubt, going to be Asia’s most explosive conference ever.

Because this is InternetMarketingHongKong.com’s first seminar, I want to give a small number of people the opportunity to win two free tickets to The SMART Seminar.

And as a loyal reader of my Internet Marketing Power Blog, I want YOU to win these tickets…

If you’d like to win a pair of free tickets to The SMART Seminar 2008 in Malaysia or Singapore, please leave a comment on this post and tell us why you want to attend.

Make sure to leave your full name, as well as a way for us to contact you if you win…

TheSMARTSeminar.com Preview Video Call

Filed Under: Launch · Promotion · Seminars · Travel · Updates · Videos

Sep 25

Hong Kong has been in the middle of a severe storm during the past few days that has literally caused the whole city to shut down…

I’m talking about grounded public transportation, flights and ships as a result of heavy rains, thunder and winds at up to 200km caused by a T8 typhoon storm (AKA tropical cyclone).

But as we say in Internet Marketing, “the seminar must go on,” which is why Stuart Tan and I proceeded with our scheduled preview video call for The SMART Seminar (scheduled for this November in Singapore and Malaysia), he in Singapore and I in Hong Kong.

That’s right, after a two year friendship between Stuart Tan and myself that started with a private MySpace message sent to me from Stuart Tan in late 2006…

InternetMarketingSingapore.com and InternetMarketingHongKong.com (or as some people call it, “the best of both worlds” haha), finally launch their first highly anticipated collaboration by putting together Asia’s most explosive conference ever, The SMART Seminar.

The entire video interview is almost 55 minutes in length and has a lot of really important and relevant information about the value of attending live events, as well as a breakdown of all the benefits you will get from joining us at The SMART Seminar.

In addition, we also unveil our faculty line-up for The SMART Seminar, which also happens to be our very own friends, colleagues and even mentors that we hand-picked to teach at the event this November.

Our confirmed team of presenters for our first annual The SMART Seminar includes Anik Singal, Donna Fox, Paulie Sabol, Ben Mack, Mark Widawer, Lee Collins, Robin Collins, Mike Morgan and hometown favorite, Ewen Chia.

Please take the time to review the video and grab some valuable training information, then hop on over to TheSMARTSeminar.com to further discover how you can benefit from this event.

On behalf of Stuart Tan and myself, we look forward to seeing you at The SMART Seminar either on November 7th - 9th in Malaysia, or November 14th - 16th in Singapore.

Exclusive JV Partnership Invitation

Filed Under: Launch · Promotion · Updates

Aug 21

If Dr. Mike Woo-Ming, Kevin Nations, Mike Morgan, Ross Goldberg, Lee & Robin Collins, Eric Farewell, Rex Wisehart, Nathan Anderson, Alejandro Reyes, Sam Heyer, James Lee and myself asked you for a joint venture, what would you say?

No really, this is a serious question…

Personally, I get dozens of JV proposals every single day - and that’s only the ones that make it through to my email inbox!

Like all the top marketers mentioned above, I probably receive hundreds more on a weekly basis through my support desk, personal instant messenger, SMS text and social media profiles like Twitter, Facebook and MySpace.

Needless to say, there is simply no way for us to respond to all these JV proposals or even sort through them, much less accept them.

So when I take on a JV partnership, especially when I’m working with the top Internet Marketers in the world mentioned above, you better believe that I am not only serious about, but also very excited about it as well.

The truth is, for the past few months, I’ve been working on building an entirely new business with these marketers that’s definitely going to change my entire business forever, and maybe even yours too (if you decide to partner with us).

It’s something I’ve never done before, and probably never will again…

And today, I am extending you an official invitation not only to become our customer, but to make money and share profits with us as our partner in arguably one of the biggest projects each of us have all been involved in!

There has already been a lot of buzz surrounding over 10,000 people on the social media sites regarding a “secret 12″ launch, and in the next week or so after launch, an additional 300,000 sets of eyeballs are going to learn more about this unique opportunity.

If you are serious about the exclusive opportunity to partner with the top names in Internet Marketing, don’t think about it for too long because when we’ve reached our quota for JV partners, we’ll be closing the doors forever and the only way to partner with us again in the future may be competing against the hundreds of other messages we get every week…

Three Sides Of Traffic Workshop In Long Island, NY

Filed Under: Seminars · Travel · Updates · Videos

Aug 10

Hello from Room 345 of the Long Island/Huntington Hilton at the Three Sides of Traffic workshop in Long Island, New York!

three sides of traffic
Howie Schwartz, Ross Goldberg And Simon Leung At Three Sides Of Traffic

The Three Sides of Traffic workshop is a sequel to the Two Sides of Traffic workshop I did with Howie Schwartz last December in San Diego, CA.

This time, we were joined by our good friend and fellow traffic generation expert, Ross Goldberg, and the three of us decided to team up to reveal some of our latest and most coveted traffic weapons yet.

And as a surprise bonus, we introduced an additional fourth side of traffic utilizing the power of online and offline marketing, presented by hybrid marketing experts Lee Collins and Robin Collins on the second day of the event.

3 sides of traffic

The additional speakers and content were pleasant surprises for our attendees, some of whom flew from as far as Germany to join us in New York this weekend.

We always have fun at our own workshops, especially when we are joined by fellow marketing friends, whether they attend to contribute, or even just to learn.

At the original Two Sides of Traffic workshop, we had VIPs like Dr. Mike Woo-Ming, Mark Widawer, Mike Koenigs, Jason Moffatt, Ryan Kaltman and Rex Wisehart.

This weekend at the Three Sides of Traffic workshop, our VIP guests included Ken McArthur, Donna Fox, Sanyika Calloway-Boyce, as well as Mike Filsaime and several members of his team, Joe Jablonski, Jason Dinner, Michelle Galvin and Lucius Kern.

In fact, on Thursday before Three Sides of Traffic started, Ross Goldberg, Donna Fox, Lee Collins, Robin Collins and myself visited with Mike Filsaime and his team at their Long Island office.

marketingdotcom
Mike Filsaime’s MarketingDotCom.com Office In Long Island, NY

We spent the day hanging out there and entertained ourselves with foosball, movies and video games.

Back to the Three Sides of Traffic workshop itself, Howie Schwartz, Ross Goldberg and I felt that the content wasn’t enough, and that we should have some social proof that our teachings were more than just theory.

Just like at the original workshop where Howie Schwartz and I demonstrated video marketing, we decided at the very last minute to do another live demonstration, this time the power of Web 2.0 technology and social media - just to prove that these strategies actually work (and to have a little fun).

An impromptu decision was made to actually take our workshop on the air with UStream, and we didn’t even really get the word out about the show until literally within about 10 minutes before we were scheduled to go live!

Implementing just a few of the social marketing tactics covered during the first half of day one, the attendees began using Twitter, Facebook and email to begin spreading the word about our live show.

Despite the time constraint we were working with, we still managed to get close to 400 unique viewers from all over the world (including Singapore, Spain, UK, Australia, and Canada) watching our show within just several minutes of notice!

We even had special visits from our expert friends like Tom Beal, Ben Mack, Pat O’Bryan, Jason Moffatt, Alejandro Reyes and Lasse Rouhiainen, just to name a few.

And as the show went on, more and more viewers joined us, and before the weekend was over, we had almost 600 views to our Ustream channel.

The viewers were also very much into the interaction, so we also had an extremely interactive chatroom that remained active during the show, and over 60 people actually remained in the room to chat even hours after we went off the air, which goes to show just how powerful social media is for traffic generation today, and will continue to be.

As a matter of fact, the sudden influx of visitors flocking to view our Three Sides of Traffic show impacted the streaming activity so much, that our show actually made it to the FRONT PAGE of Ustream while we were still live!

Oh, and that didn’t just happen once…

Our show made it to the homepage of Ustream AGAIN the next day when we went live on the air for the second time:

Hey, I don’t know about you, but I think that’s pretty darn cool! :)

Also, take a look at just some of the Twitter activity we had with a few of the most popular Three Sides of Traffic related searches this weekend:

If you didn’t get the chance to experience the Three Sides of Traffic workshop live with us this weekend in Long Island, we’re bummed that you couldn’t be a part of all the fun we had.

However, it’s not the end of the world because the entire weekend’s content was recorded, and you’ll be able to not only access it, but also get full resale rights to it by taking advantage of our special offer that we made available to attendees and viewers

Next year, Howie Schwartz, Ross Goldberg and I plan to return again with the Four Sides of Traffic, and this time, our friends Lee Collins and Robin Collins are going to be an official part of it.

This means that the Four Sides of Traffic promises to contain even more of the newest and most effective traffic strategies for 2009, so definitely stay tuned for more information on that.

Pat O’Bryan’s UnSeminar 5 In San Antonio, Texas

Filed Under: Seminars · Travel · Updates

Jul 27

Hello from Room 1170 of the Drury Plaza Hotel at Pat O’Bryan’s UnSeminar 5 in San Antonio, Texas!

simon leung

It’s great to return to San Antonio since my very first Internet Marketing seminar in May of 2006, as well as my first speaking engagement three months later in August, also happened right here in San Antonio.

But this time, it was a much more exciting experience…

In front of a jam packed room, I had the honor of sharing the stage with Dr. Joe Vitale, Craig Perrine, Bill Hibbler, Ben Mack, Donna Fox, Eric Farewell, Scott Lewis, Tony Laidig, Erica Douglass, and of course, Pat O’Bryan himself.

As with most seminars, the live networking at UnSeminar 5 was amazing, especially with the killer line-up of speakers and motivated attendees.

However, you know that time has definitely changed when the power of Web 2.0 not only brought on an additional 150 viewers from all around the world through live streaming…

But Twitter (one of the most popular Web 2.0 social marketing tools available today for networking) was also responsible for selling 1/3 of the tickets to the event, as well as booking several of the speakers!

Plus, throughout the weekend, we continued to network both online and offline, getting more and more people to sign up for Web 2.0 profiles like Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, YouTube and more.

UnSeminar 5 was probably one of the most interactive Internet Marketing conferences I’ve been a part of that encouraged so many people to take action, whether or not they were live at the actual event.

I personally had a lot of fun not only at the conference itself, but the most invaluable experiences of all was the opportunity to hang out with speakers and attendees alike for lunch, dinner and throughout the evenings at the Riverwalk, Alamo and some of the more happening downtown areas.

Now, because my camera is broken (boo) and I haven’t gotten a replacement yet, I’m now at the mercy of my friends who did take photos to send them to me.

But while we wait for them, here are a few TwitPics (photo service for Twitter) that my friends and I took on our phones and posted online throughout the weekend…

Special thanks to my friends for making this a weekend to remember: Donna Fox, Eric Farewell, Ben Mack, James Wedmore, Heather Duease, Marlon Sanders, Erica Douglass, Pat O’Bryan, Scott Lewis, Joe Vitale, Craig Perrine, Bill Hibbler and Tony Laidig.

I’m sure I’ll be seeing you guys around, especially if you’re interested in attending some of my future events in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

But if you don’t want to wait that long or travel that far (depending on where you’re located), you can catch me at my final U.S. workshop this year on August 8th and 9th in Long Island, NY, when Howie Schwartz, Ross Goldberg and I host the Three Sides Of Traffic Workshop.

Ross Goldberg’s Masters Seminar In Chicago, IL

Filed Under: Seminars · Travel · Updates

Jul 20

Hello from Room 1116 of the Westin Hotel at Ross Goldberg’s Masters Seminar in Chicago, IL!

masters seminar

As you can see from the Masters Seminar sign, Ross Goldberg has gone all out with a high budget production for his latest Masters Seminar. ;)

All joking aside, the sign above was only temporary while we awaited the print-outs of the real sign, which was ready before the doors opened at 8am on Friday morning…

ross goldberg

For this Masters Seminar, Ross Goldberg has put together the most impressive expert line-up yet, including some of the biggest names in Internet Marketing.

Speakers include Joel Comm, Anik Singal, Donna Fox, Ken McArthur, Willie Crawford, Alan Bechtold, Frank Sousa, Lee Collins, Robin Collins, Nathan Anderson, Tracy Repchuk, Eric Farewell, Kevin Nations, Brad Semp, Eric Stafford, Bob Jenkins, Gina Gaudio-Graves, and myself…

simon leung

simon leong

As always, Ross Goldberg put on a great event that not only included a ton of amazing content, but fun networking opportunities as well.

Speakers and attendees alike were able to network with one another at the conference, over lunch, dinner, at the hotel bar and even at a private cocktail party.

And within our own inner circle of friends, we’ve always believed in giving back and over-delivering…

So Joel Comm and I decided that we would do a bonus presentation for the attendees on a very logical partnership - the two sides of Google, AdWords and AdSense…

joel comm

joel comm

joel comm

During the 90 minute or so presentation, Joel Comm and I told some personal stories and revealed some strategic ways to grow a business using AdWords and AdSense.

In addition, we also took specific questions from the audience to make sure that the content we provided was the kind of information they wanted to learn.

Overall, the consensus was that the bonus session was very valuable, and those in attendance were very appreciative of the additional content.

On a more personal note…

As much as I enjoy speaking at seminars and networking with attendees or other speakers, I feel like it might be time for me to take my own business to a new direction.

When I came back home from Asia last March, I planned to stop speaking at so many seminars to focus on my own office projects and business overseas.

However, before I knew it, my travel schedule was booked every weekend through the end of the summer.

While I continued to have fun at these various events over the summer, I’m planning once again to focus on various other aspects of my business that would require less seminar speaking.

This time, I’m serious…

I do plan to continue traveling, as I have a lot of fun doing it, but I would only do so for my own events or for International business affairs.

You’ll hear more about some exciting new projects I have in the works in Singapore, Malaysia and China in the upcoming months…

I’ll be working with my good friends Stuart Tan and Ewen Chia from Singapore, as well as some of my top performing team members, Andy Huang and Kevin Finney.

That will probably be several weeks down the line for production and launch time.

In the meantime, if you are interested in catching me one last time before I leave the country again in about a month, I will be in Long Island, NY, on August 8th, at the Three Sides of Traffic workshop that I’ll be conducting with Ross Goldberg and Howie Schwartz.

Because we’re so close to Mike Filsaime’s Long Island office, Mike Filsaime and his team will most likely drop by as well, along with several other surprise VIPs over the course of the weekend.

And again, because we believe so much in giving back, Ross Goldberg, Howie Schwartz and myself are actually not going to make any money from this traffic workshop.

Plus, in addition to receiving a free ticket to this event, you will also have an opportunity to give back yourself by helping children in need.

I honestly can’t think of a better way to wrap up my two year speaking tour than this, and would be honored to share this experience with you…

Ken McArthur’s jvAlert Live 2008 in Philadelphia, PA

Filed Under: Seminars · Travel · Updates

Jun 08

Hello from Room 424 of the Radisson Hotel at Ken McArthur’s jvAlert Live in Philadelphia, PA!

ken mcarthur

Ken McArthur And Simon Leung At jvAlert Live

As much of a jvAlert Live regular as I am, I just realized that it has actually been one whole year since I attended my last jvAlert Live or even seen my very good friend, Ken McArthur!

This makes me a little sad because Ken McArthur and I go way back (in Internet years) - I mean, I met the guy on a cruise in June of 2006 when I was still working at Google, and he invited me to attend jvAlert Live in Philadelphia the following week.

That jvAlert Live event changed my life…

I learned so much and made so many new friends that I was inspired to leave my full-time job at Google just six weeks later.

Ken McArthur and I crossed paths again at my first seminar as a full-time Internet Marketer, where he invited me to speak at his next jvAlert Live in San Diego, and then again at jvAlert Live Orlando, and then again at his Get Your Product Done workshop in Atlanta.

The last time I crossed paths with Ken McArthur was jvAlert Live in Philadelphia 2007, so it was definitely a big change going from hanging out with my good friend several times last year to only once this year.

That’s going to change though, because I’ve decided to work much more closely with Ken McArthur as a mentor and a partner.

Now, moving on to the jvAlert Live event itself, you can tell how high Ken McArthur has taken the level of his seminar by looking at the line-up of speakers…

Taking the stage were Internet Marketing rockstars Yanik Silver, Jeff Johnson, Mike Morgan, Stuart Tan, Alan Bechtold, Keith Wellman, Sanyika Calloway Boyce, Brad Semp and yours truly…

simon leung
As for the VIP line-up, there were no shortage of experts either with panelists Mike Filsaime, Kevin Nations, Frank Sousa, Brian Edmondson, Jason DeVelvis, Rachel Rofe, Jay White, Bob Jenkins, Larry Benet, Warren Whitlock, Jeff Dedrick, Erik Stafford, Ross Goldberg, Jeff Wark, Lori Steffan, Dr. Ron Capps, Michael Angier, Phil Basten, Jane Marks and countless others.

Needless to say, the networking was amazing, and I’d be surprised at anyone who didn’t walk away from jvAlert Live with at least one six figure a year business idea.

Because I’m familiar with the caliber of the events that Ken McArthur puts on, I also saw this as an opportunity to enrich my top trainer, Kevin Finney, and also an up-and-coming copywriting superstar, James Lee, by inviting them to attend the same event that changed my life exactly two years ago.

Kevin Finney and James Lee both graciously accepted, and by the end of the weekend - although evidently wiped out as you can see in the photo below - made the most of the event by networking their butts off and attested that it was a life changing experience for them as well.

”jvalert

Ken McArthur And Simon Leung At jvAlert Live

Quite honestly, if you’ve never been to a jvAlert Live before or haven’t been to one for a while, you don’t know what kind of value you’re missing out on because each and every jvAlert Live is unique, and if you miss one, you’ve missed out on a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I know I missed out on a lot of opportunities I’ll never be able to get back by not attending jvAlert Live 2007 Long Beach (I was booked for a Mark Hendricks event in Atlanta) and jvAlert Live 2008 Orlando (I was in Asia at the time)…

But I know that from now on, I’m going to try my best to make it to every jvAlert Live - especially the next one - because it’s going to be in Las Vegas!

So mark your calendars for October 17th, 18th and 19th for the next life-changing jvAlert Live, and I look forward to seeing you then in Las Vegas :)

Harris Fellman’s Launch Masters Retreat 2008 In Scottsdale, AZ

Filed Under: Seminars · Travel · Updates

May 19

Hello from Harris Fellman’s beautiful home at the Launch Masters Retreat 2008 in Scottsdale, Arizona!

harris fellman

Simon Leung And Harris Fellman

I just spent an extremely fun and productive weekend at Harris Fellman’s house to mastermind with my fellow marketing friends Ross Goldberg, Paulie Sabol, Dr. Mike Woo Ming, Sam Heyer, Robert Puddy, Folusho Orokunle, Greg and Stephanie Mulac, Barbara Drazga, Dave Bernstein, Valerie Dawson, Lynn Pierce, Tracy Repchuck, Kathleen Donaghy and a few other entrepreneurs outside of the Internet Marketing niche.

And I even had the pleasure of staying at Harris Fellman’s house, and he was a tremendously gracious host and most hospitable, not only organizing the Launch Masters Retreat itself, but also providing guests with the food, entertainment, open bar and transportation to hotel guests in the form of a hummer limo!

Throughout the weekend, we had mastermind sessions and hot seats where we tore apart each hot seat participant’s businesses, and recommended new ideas and strategies to make their businesses even better.

What I thoroughly enjoyed the most were the intimate bonding moments during our breaks, BBQs and laid back activities where we were hanging out by the pool or enjoying conversations over drinks.

But hands down, the best times of all had to have been playing with the ADORABLE Mulac girls - Marina and Morgan - who are just the cutest things in the world…

marina and morgan mulac

Marina (7) And Morgan (5) Mulac

It’s safe to say that Marina and Morgan made my weekend as both of them were just a joy to play with… and they are just so flippin’ cute I can’t stand it! Haha…

I’m actually very disappointed that Harris Fellman’s wife, Andrea, and his own adorable kids, Hudson and McKenna, couldn’t join us this weekend as well, as it would have been a lot of fun to be able to hang out with the whole Fellman family.

I very much hope that they will be able to join us next time when we go back to Harris Fellman’s house to have another mastermind weekend retreat :)

And the next time Harris Fellman or another Internet Marketer has a similar retreat, let me know if you’re in the area or would be willing to travel to join us.

I’ve recorded a short video from Harris Fellman’s house below to explain how…

Hello from room 218 of the Best Western Hotel at Ross Goldberg’s Xtreme Business Makeover in sunny Sarasota, Florida!

ross goldberg

Simon Leung And Ross Goldberg In His Sarasota Office

I’ve just spent the last few days hanging out with a very small group of attendees in a private and intimate workshop held at Ross Goldberg’s office in Sarasota.

Because of the low number of people at this event, everyone really got the chance to connect with not only each other, but also with the speakers, as well as the organizer, Ross Goldberg himself.

In addition to Ross Goldberg, who did most of the hands on training, guest speakers and VIPs such as Ben Mack, Alan Bechtold, Lee Collins, Robin Collins, Eric Farewell, Eric Stafford and myself also lent a hand in presentations and demonstrations.

simon leung

During the off time, we also got to go out and explore Sarasota, including midtown, downtown, as well as a fun evening at Ross Goldberg’s home with his family.

Overall, we had a great time at Ross Goldberg’s event, but for now, it’s time to go home until the next week, which I’ll be taking off for in just a few days.

In fact, I will be traveling every weekend until the end of the summer, so be sure to check out my schedule for the next few months, and let me know if we’ll either be at the same event, or if you live nearby, and maybe we can plan to meet up and hang out for a bit :)

Four years ago, on April 30th, 2004, while I was still working at Google, I created my first blog.

In fact, you can read my very first post on this blog by clicking here => April 30th, 2004

Two years later almost to the day, I was presented with an opportunity to attend my very first Internet Marketing seminar.

You can read about that here => April 28th, 2006

Today, four years later, I am running my own successful Internet Marketing business, and I have been lucky enough to befriend a lot of fellow entrepreneurs in the community.

And just like most of them (if not all of them), I started my Internet Marketing business with a blog.

For the past four years, I have been consistently, tirelessly and even eagerly documenting every single step of my Internet Marketing journey…

Why?

Quite frankly, it was because I didn’t learn the secrets to Internet success overnight - and I KNEW I wouldn’t - so I wanted to record it all (for myself, so I can remember my successes and failures, but also for you, so you can learn from my positive examples as well as mistakes).

From just a general business idea that I had with a few friends while still working at Google and getting mentored by the late (and great) Corey Rudl, to attending my very first Internet Marketing seminar and continuing on to speak on stage for the very first time, it’s all there every step of the way.

You can read about how I began and went through my trials, struggles, fears and frustrations (just like everyone else), to where I am today - my victories and success stories - all documented on my blog, right here at www.SimonLeung.com.

When you have some free time, or when you want to take a break from your work, I want to invite you to read my entire story on this website.

It’ll make you laugh; it’ll make you cry…

But more importantly, it may even be inspiring, as well as a great read, if I do say so myself ;)
What has blogging my story done for me, and why do I continue to do it after all these years?

Well, as you can see in my various posts, I am not only telling stories, but I’m also teaching and providing good information.

More importantly, I make it fun with text, photos and even videos.

These elements help attract new visitors to my blog, and keeps them coming back to read more.

What does that mean to me?

In addition to loyal readers, I get traffic, traffic and even more traffic :)
I have dozens of websites, but the one that gets the most new and returning visitors is my blog, by far!

As my reader, I want to get you to understand the importance of having your own blog.

Actually, I was talking to Sterling Valentine about this the other day on our drive to San Diego…

Your blog is your tool to not only get traffic, but to also build your relationship with your readers.

Tell them good stories, give them good content, and make it fun for them, and they will come back again and again.

Personally, I blog cuz it connects me to you, and I want you to get to know ME, and not what I’m “known as.”

Yes, my blog brands me as an expert and a speaker (which is all very cool), but I want talk to you as a friend, and I want to tell you what I’m up
by sharing my experiences with you.

That’s the kind of blog that I want to run, and that’s the kind of blog you’ll continue to get for many more years to come when you come back and visit :)
And the great thing about a blog is that it’s the fastest way to start your Internet business.

I did it in about two hours, but with the new Anik Singal and Rosalind Garner’s Blog Classroom, you can probably do it in 10 :)
Technology these days has made starting your own blog as easy as a mouse click, and all that’s left is for you to plug in a little bit of yourself
and introduce yourself to your new fans!

The Blog Classroom shows you exactly what you need to do in order to brand yourself online and tell your story.

And before you know it, you’ll be all over the Internet (trust me - it’s really cool haha).

I hope this has encouraged you to start your own blog if you haven’t already started one…

Or if you have, I hope this gives you some ideas on how you can change or move forward that gives your readers more of yourself.

By the way, attending Internet Marketing seminars is a great way to meet other entrepreneurs, and it gives you something really interesting to blog about.

You can blog about your experience, what you learned, who was there, and you can even post photos and videos, which many people enjoy.

If you are interested in attending an Internet Marketing seminar soon, some upcoming ones include Ross Goldberg’s Xtreme Business Makeover Workshop in Sarasota, FL, Ken McArthur’s JV Alert Live in Philadelphia, PA, Mark Hendrick’s Internet Superstars Conference in Baltimore, MD, and Lynn Pierce’s Women’s Business Empowerment Summit in Scottsdale, AZ.

Let me know if you’re going to be at any of them and maybe we can meet up for lunch :)
