Hello from the Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Training Centre at the Traffic and Conversion workshop in Singapore!
Traffic And Conversion Workshop in Singapore
This has been a fantastic weekend of learning and fun as we reunited with many of the attendees of The SMART Seminar 2008 who registered for this exclusive event.
With the help of Stuart Tan and David DiNucci, we’ve put together two solid days of hardcore content on how to set up a highly converting (and Google friendly) websites based on copywriting strategies and Google policies.
We also discussed how to turn these websites into traffic generating machines using a combination of search engine optimization, social media and advertising through Google AdWords.
The Traffic and Conversion workshop received stellar feedback from our Singapore students, especially because they are all action takers.
Most of whom attended the Traffic and Conversion workshop prepared with their laptops and implemented these strategies during the training, and many of them were actually able to achieve results before the weekend was over!
This goes to show that while knowledge is power, the implementation of the knowledge is crucial in building a successful business and achieving your goals.
Hello from Room 2907 of The Northam All Suite hotel in Penang, Malaysia, where we have just completed our free preview seminars for the My AdWords Internet Marketing Workshop.
My AdWords Free Preview Seminar
The My AdWords Workshop is my first official partnership with local Penang native and fellow Internet Marketer, Patric Chan, and the exciting thing is that we already have several more upcoming events in the plans, where we will expand more of our Internet Marketing content all across Malaysia!
This is also my first trip to Penang, and despite being exhausted from over 25 hours of travel from San Francisco to Hong Kong and to Singapore before finally landing in Penang, we had our first My AdWords free preview seminar within just 2 hours after my arrival.
My AdWords Preview Seminar One At The Gurney Hotel In Penang, Malaysia
After a much needed good night’s rest, Patric Chan and his wife Emily Chan spent the next day taking me around Penang to explore the city.
They were very gracious hosts, driving Cassey Lim and I around town and even hitting up some exquisite local Penang seafood!

The relaxing day proved wonders as we proceeded to prepare for our second preview seminar of the trip, where Patric Chan and I actually tripled our response rate from day one, selling out seats to the first ever My AdWords Workshop scheduled in 2 weeks right here in Penang.
My AdWords Preview Seminar Two At The Vistana Hotel In Penang, Malaysia
So the show is on – the first ever My AdWords Workshop will be held in Penang, Malaysia, on February 21st and 22nd!
This concludes my first trip to Penang, and I’ll be spending the next two weeks back in Singapore until I return for the My AdWords Workshop.
Before leaving Penang, Patric Chan and I did get the chance to sit down for an interview on Google AdWords…
This is 18 minutes of 100% pure content… no fluff or funny stuff… and you can watch the whole thing for free right here.
Hello from the 18th floor of the Guyang Mansion in Nanjing, China, where, along with Andy Huang, my business partner for AIMVenture Corporation, we are continuing to build out our various outsourcing teams, including AdWords Assistants, among other traffic generation services.
Simon Leung And Andy Huang With The AIMVenture China Team
In addition to providing Internet Marketing services, the Nanjing office is also our headquarters for several other businesses, which consists of e-commerce websites and product manufacturing, supplying, trading and exporting.
However, the primary objective for this trip is to grow the Internet Marketing side of our business by hiring more traffic assistants and providing more training to the team, particularly on the Pay-Per-Click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO) and Web 2.0 social media side of things.
Andy Huang and I have been in the Nanjing office this past week doing just that, and the team has been doing extremely well in terms of growth and improvement to their skills.
Needless to say, it’s been a hectic week, but somehow, we found the time to record a quick video to give you a brief tour of our Nanjing office
I’ve been traveling pretty aggressively for the past two years, and I can pretty much count the number of weekends I actually spent at home in 2008 with one hand.
And after spending my first weekend at home in several months, well, I’m leaving again…
This time, I’m going with Andy Huang (my apprentice turned business partner) back to Nanjing, China, to continue building our growing AdWords outsourcing team.
We have some pretty aggressive goals for the next couple of weeks, including getting the team skilled to the point where they can manage six to seven figure corporate accounts.
But before I leave and officially launch this service to the corporations out in Asia, I wanted to give *you* (as my loyal blog readers and subscribers) priority notice and access to our rigorously trained team.
(Hey, you know I’m always lookin out for you, right
In fact, our team of talented college graduates were trained with the exact same system used to train Google employees who manage now multi-million dollar accounts!
Needless to say, you’ll be in very good hands knowing that you can outsource your AdWords marketing to the very best!
We’re only taking on a limited number of beta clients at our introductory price before we launch this to thousands of prospects in Asia next week and raise the price.
If you’re interested in hiring one of our AdWords Assistants, request one ASAP along with a free consultation so you don’t miss out
Oh, and we’ll even talk to you on the phone first to make sure our services are right for you.
How much more can you do with your business if you can outsource the nitty gritty repetitive work of AdWords management?
Hello from the 12th floor of the luxury condominiums owned by Stuart Tan’s company at the PPDI Plaza in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
Yesterday, Stuart Tan, Edmund Loh and I embarked on a four and a half hour road trip from Singapore to visit Stuart Tan’s Malaysia office to meet his Malaysian team.
We then dropped off our things at the condo and proceeded to meet some of Stuart Tan and Edmund Loh’s local subscribers and customers for an informal gathering.
Even though it was a last minute meetup, over a dozen people showed up to meet and greet, including my friend, Vince Tan, who also lives in Malaysia.
For about four hours or so, we masterminded and brainstormed to the mostly newbie group about:
List building;
Private Label Rights;
Public Domain;
Google AdWords, keyword traffic and quality score;
Systems and processes;
Search Engine Optimization;
Social media;
Video sites
And more…
It was a good experience for me to get accustomed to yet another culture in a country that I’m visiting for the first time.
I’m definitely grateful that Stuart Tan has taken the initiative to organize this trip because it was a lot of fun and I learned a lot about the cultures.
This information will be really useful for me since I plan to be doing a lot more business in the Asia market, so definitely be on the look out for some cool project announcements very soon.
Hello from room 1011 of the Embassy Suites Hotel at the Two Sides of Traffic Workshop in sunny San Diego, CA!
The Two Sides of Traffic Workshop is my first collaboration with Howie Schwartz, and the objective of this event is to combine both Google’s organic listings with the paid search (the two sides of traffic).
Howie Schwartz and I presented together as well as individually, which included presentations, hot seats, Q&A sessions and live demonstrations.
My personal favorite demonstration has to be the video clip Howie Schwartz and I recorded above.
Literally at the last minute, we decided to take on the challenge of recording a video live on stage, and seeing how quickly we can get that video indexed by Google.
As I explained how I witnessed the magic happen right before my eyes to the attendees, we refreshed the page and saw that an additional website has been indexed on the first page of Google.
(By the way, I just checked the rankings again moments ago and our video has dominated the top five spots on Google already!)
Other VIP guests for the Two Sides of Traffic Workshop includes Dr. Mike Woo-Ming, Mark Widawer, Jason Moffatt, Rex Wisehart and Ryan Kaltman (from The Rich Jerk).
Overall, we have received some very positive responses from the attendees about our Two Sides of Traffic Workshop.
The atmosphere was very positive, and in addition to learning some great content, there were also some great networking opportunities, as well.
“The Death of Google AdWords” is my latest report that takes a grim look into the dark future of Google AdWords. It’s controversial and it’s scary – but it’s something you must know to keep your business from getting buried in 2008.
A series of recent personal tragic events have inspired me to reflect on life, and the result is a product that has generated a lot of buzz, curiosity and interest in the Internet Marketing community.
In about a 10 day period, I conceptualized, wrote and created a marketing campaign for “The Death of Google AdWords,” and while the tight deadline, nitty gritty details and the technological aspects proved to be an interesting challenge, my team and I were able to successfully pull this off in the nick of time.
During the pre-launch phase, viral videos were even circulating the Internet in anticipation for this launch. You can see a couple of them here:
And today, Halloween 2007, the wait is over.
“The Death of Google AdWords” remarkably comes to life and is available for all to see.
