All Work and No…Work…

Work at Google has been quite hectic lately, and certain things have taken a dramatic turn as of late. But that’s not what this entry is about…

So we’ve been working on some optimizations off an on, but not so much just because we don’t have the time. Google really isn’t a 9 to 5 job. You can get stuck at work for 10 to 12 hours or more at a time!

In any case, we’ve been focusing on eBay thus far, because that’s what we hear the big bucks are at. Unfortunately, we haven’t had that kind of luck yet.

I’ve been looking at the stats and it looks like we’re generating some revenue. That’s good news!

However, there’s something shady going on. It looks like Ebay is refunding back some of our commissions! I’m not quite sure what’s going on, but I don’t like it.

Well, we’re going to need to figure something out. We’re at the end of the quarter crunch right now, and I have to go to New York in a couple of weeks for a tradeshow, so I won’t be able to work on anything for the week and a half that I’m gone.

Anyway, if this plan of ours doesn’t work out, and I’m not sure how much we want to devote to it because it’s under heavy surveillence, then we might want to consider ditching the idea and moving on to something else. I’m pretty hooked on the idea of other Internet Marketing techniques myself. I think I will explore that on my own…
